When & Why I need Sports Massage?

Sports massage is typically a combination of several massage techniques that are tailored to your affected muscle groups based on the activities that you do. A properly administered sports massage can help flush the lactic acid out of your body. Everyone respond in different ways to a massage so if you have the luxury to try one at different times in your training then determine what is right for you. However, the majority of people will tend to favor the post-race or post-long workout time. Both are beneficial, the pre-race massage will stimulate your muscles whereas; the post-race massage is more of a cool-down and recovery massage.

The more time we have, the more chance we have of filling your appointment and
if we fill the appointment, there will be no charge.
