So how can we help our body release stress? Massage is one of them. Massage benefits include: Reducing stress and increasing relaxation. Reducing pain and muscle soreness and tension. Improving circulation, energy and alertness.
What is full body massage?
Full body massage includes your head, neck, back, arms, hands, hips, thigh, leg, calf, and feet. This type of massage eases muscular tension, supports your circulatory system, eases pain, promotes relaxation, and relieves stress.
When I need a full body massage?
When you like to be totally refreshed. When you have a headache, social withdrawal, anxiety, irritability or anger, lack of motivation or focus, restlessness, sadness, depression, fatigue, muscle tension, bad sleep, stomach upset.
After your massage, you’ll be feeling relaxed, your blood will be flowing and your muscles should feel like jello. Your massage therapist will recommend you to drink plenty of water after a massage, but you might be so relaxed at that moment, you won’t completely take it all in.
CANCELLATION POLICY We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but please let us know as soon as possible. The more time we have, the more chance we have of filling your appointment and if we fill the appointment, there will be no charge.
